  10.   OK, what the heck is it?
  11.  
  12.   It's a simple, but quick, little utility that will load an image
  13.   using DataTypes, remap it to your WB screen, and display it in
  14.   a window.  
  15.  
  16.   After loading the picture, you can re-size it in various ways,
  17.   and save the resized image, or any part of it, as a standard
  18.   IFF/ILBM picture.
  19.  
  20.   * Self-contained  - nothing needed except the program itself
  21.                     - no extra libraries to install or maintain
  22.  
  23.   * Easy to use GUI - everything is point & click
  24.  
  25.   * Realtime display - What you see is exactly what you get... 
  26.  
  27.   * All image manipulations are done in fast ram, meaning:
  28.     - The program requires very little chip ram
  29.       (almost none on a GFX card)
  30.     - The rescaling is very quick
  31.  
  32.   * Proportional Scaling
  33.     - All paint programs let you resize your images, but
  34.       except for the 24bit programs like ImageFX none of
  35.       them offer this feature
  36.  
  37.   * Also included are the more common "half" and "double"
  38.     resizing options, as well as non-prortional scaling
  39.     using the window's sizing gadget.

  45.   DataTypes installed for the image formats you want to use
  46.   ReqTools  (It will not run otherwise)
